Midwest Cyclery has received the 2010 Talk of the Town Award for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction. Winning this honor means that their entire staff has provided excellent customer care which resulted in high marks. Voting took place on a number of user review websites. Results were researched and tabulated during the last quarter of 2009 and the first quarter of 2010.
